This was announced by Air Force Commander Pyotr Oleshchuk. In total, the Russian army fired 151 air targets into Ukraine overnight.
The air force shot down 55 of 63 Shahed drones, 35 of 40 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles and two Kh-59 guided missiles that Russian Nazis used to attack Ukraine at night.
Russian troops also fired 12 Iskander-M ballistic missiles, five Kh-22 cruise missiles, seven Kh-47M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles and 22 S-300/S-400 missiles at Ukrainian cities, the air force said.
The Russians released the Shaheds from the Primorsko-Akhtarsk region – Russian Federation. “Iskander-M” – from the Belgorod region and occupied Crimea.
40 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles were fired from 13 Tu-95MS strategic bombers that launched over the Caspian Sea.
Five Kh-22 cruise missiles were fired from five Tu-22M3 bombers in the Rostov region of Russia.
“Daggers” flew to Ukraine from ten MiG-31Ks in the Tambov region.
The Russians launched S-300/S-400 anti-aircraft guided missiles from the Belgorod and Kursk regions of Muscovy.
Anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force and Ground Forces, mobile fire groups, and electronic warfare equipment of the Ukrainian Defense Forces were involved in repelling the missile and air strike.
