The Czech Republic transferred the last Soviet-made Mi-24 helicopter to Ukraine.
The Czech Republic has donated its Mi-24 helicopters to the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The country no longer has such aircraft. This is what the Minister of Defense of the Czech Republic, Jana Chernokhova, said, reports Denik N.
Two weeks ago, the head of the Ministry of Defense came to the government with a secret document and a proposal to supply Mi-24 helicopters to Ukraine. The Cabinet of Ministers approved this decision.
Thus, the Czech Republic transferred the last Soviet-made helicopters to Ukraine. “We don’t have any equipment left to give,” Chernokhova said.
We remind you that the Czech Republic provided 300,000 shells for Ukraine. The first delivery of shells will take place before June.
