Four more directions of the border with Poland remain blocked: Yagodin, Ustilug, Ugrinov and Rawa Ruska.
On March 20, protesters did not allow trucks and buses to pass through the Medica-Shegini checkpoint at 20.00.
The State Border Service reported that they also did not allow cars through. However, for this category of transport on the adjacent side it was possible to bypass the protesters.
Let us remind you that on March 20, one of the largest protests in recent months took place in Poland, when hundreds of units of farmers’ equipment blocked roads in the country. The previous action of similar scale took place on March 6, when clashes with police occurred in Warsaw.
Farmers are demanding a complete embargo on products from Ukraine, as well as the lifting of the EU Green Deal requirements for Polish agriculture.
