This was reported by sources in law enforcement agencies. They noted that the refineries attacked today are among the top 5 largest factories in Russia.
Also, the SBU, together with other representatives of the Defense Forces, attacked with drones the Russian Air Force air base in Buturlinovka and a military airfield in Voronezh.
A hit to the vacuum unit was recorded at the Ryazan oil refinery, writes Defense Express. This means a likely shutdown of production at the enterprise for a long time.
The plant is located 450 km from the border with Ukraine.
It should be noted that the hit is highly accurate, because in the case of vacuum installations at oil refineries, it is said that the “bird” must fall into a kind of “column” with a diameter of several meters and a height of several tens of meters, the publication writes.
Ukrinform sources confirm that these attacks are a continuation of a series of special operations against hostile refineries previously launched by the Security Service.
We are systematically implementing a detailed strategy to reduce Russia’s economic potential. Our task is to deprive the enemy of resources and reduce the flow of oil money and fuel that Russia sends directly to the war, to the murder of our citizens,” the source adds.
