The prosecutor’s office in the Polish city of Konin, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in western Poland, is investigating the death of a four-year-old boy from Ukraine. The body of the child was discovered on Monday, March 11. This was reported by the spokesperson of the district prosecutor’s office in the city of Konin, Eva Vozniak, in a comment to Ukrinform.
According to him, more details about the cause of the child’s death will be possible after the autopsy, which will be conducted on Wednesday in Poznan.
“An autopsy will probably clarify something. Now we cannot say how much time passed from the child’s death to the discovery of the body,” she noted.
The spokesman said that the child’s parents and the boy himself have Ukrainian citizenship.
The child’s mother has not yet been questioned because she is in a difficult psychological state at the hospital, and the interrogation of the child’s father is planned in the near future, Wozniak added.
As we have already written, the police of Polish Wroclaw is involved in a deal with a homeless Ukrainian with mental disabilities. Specifically, the man was accused of dozens of crimes in exchange for a hot dog.
We would like to add that there was a fire in a dormitory in Poland on Thursday, January 4th. 28 people were evacuated from balconies using a hydraulic lift and fire ladders; the remaining residents escaped on their own from the hotel.
