22-year-old student of Moscow State University Oleg Tyurin lived in the dormitory of the Student House on Lomonosovsky Prospekt. In 2022, he actively participated in anti-war rallies and expressed disapproval of the actions of the Russian authorities in Ukraine.
On March 6, the police discovered a wireless network in the hostel called Slava Ukraine! Employees of the Center for Countering Extremism found out that the owner of the router was Tyurin.
