The corresponding decision was made at a meeting of the AP VAKS today, March 7, reports the press service of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
Thus, the previously chosen Pashinsky measure of restraint – detention with the alternative of posting UAH 272.520 million bail – will continue to apply. Since Pashinsky’s bail was posted, he was assigned the corresponding procedural duties.
The said decision entered into legal force from the moment of proclamation and is not subject to cassation appeal, notes the SAPO.
