Party voting to elect candidates for the presidential election took place in American Samoa and 15 states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Iowa, ME, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah.
