This is stated in the decree of March 4 on the OP website.
On February 29, President Vladimir Zelensky appointed General Vladimir Karpenko as the new commander of the Logistics Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. His predecessor Oleg Gulyak was dismissed from office by another presidential decree.
Brigadier General Alexander Yakovets was the head of the engineering troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Even during the ATO, he carried out tasks of constructing mine-explosive barriers for the first line of defense.
Support forces are designed to provide operational support to troops. This includes engineering support, electronic warfare, radiation, chemical and biological protection, topographic support, etc.
