An improvised explosive device with an electronic detonator and a white substance was found under the car.

The car of the so-called “deputy director” of Lugansk State University Vitaly Kiselev in “LPR” was mined. This was reported by the Russian pro-government Telegram channel SHOT on Monday, March 4.

The day before, a homemade explosive with an electronic detonator and a white substance was discovered under Kiselyov’s car.

“The deputy director himself was not in the car at the time. Several sappers were called to clear the mines, and the area was cordoned off,” the report said.

The houses closest to the vehicle were not evacuated. An investigation is currently underway and the suspects are being sought.

As we wrote earlier, the so-called “minister” of the fake “LPR” Alexey Poteleshchenko was liquidated in the temporarily occupied Lisichansk, Lugansk region.
