In the Tavria operational zone, the Russians yesterday carried out 31 airstrikes, conducted 66 combat engagements and carried out 1,93 artillery attacks. The Ukrainian military not only steadily holds the defense, but also carries out active operations in certain areas. The commander of the operational-strategic group of troops “Tavria”, Brigadier General Alexander Tarnavsky, reported this on Telegram.
According to him, the defenders neutralized or shot down 358 UAVs of various types. The total enemy casualties were 561 people. In addition, 11 invaders were captured. The enemy also lost 38 units of military equipment – seven tanks, nine armored combat vehicles, two artillery systems, an air defense system and 19 vehicles.
Let us recall that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that on February 27, more than 100 military clashes took place at the front, and the most difficult situation was observed in the Novopavlovsk and Avdeevsk directions in the Donetsk region.
