Russian war criminals hit the city of Kupyansk in the Kharkov region with UABs. The hit was recorded in the central part of the city. This was reported by the head of the Kharkov Regional Military Administration (OVA) Oleg Sinegubov on Wednesday, February 28.
According to him, as a result of the enemy’s shooting, a 59-year-old and a 39-year-old man were killed, and a woman was wounded. Residential buildings and civilian infrastructure were destroyed.
The official also suggested that there were still people under the rubble.
Currently, special services are working at the scene of the incident.
As we have already written, the troops of the aggressor country Russia plan to capture Kupyansk before March 2024, when the presidential elections in the Russian Federation will be held. 500 Russian tanks, more than 600 combat vehicles, hundreds of howitzers and 40 thousand soldiers are concentrated in this direction.
