Drager showed 2.84 ppm, more than 14 times the legal blood alcohol limit. The man did not have a driver’s license, the Patrol Police of the Kharkov region reported.
“Public Kharkov” writes that the driver did not have a driving license. Previously, patrol officers stopped a man driving while intoxicated: one of the protocols was drawn up by law enforcement officers for repeated driving while intoxicated within a year.
On February 27, the patrol officers drew up administrative protocols against the man under three articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses and an administrative resolution for driving without a license. The materials will be submitted to the court.
