The State Bureau of Investigation claims that no investigative actions have been taken against the medical business to hinder its activities.
A pre-trial investigation continues into the possible illegal alienation of the entire property complex of a state enterprise by employees of one of the ministries, the State Property Fund and the state enterprise Ukrainian Research Institute of the Oil Refining Industry MASMA, but it does not interfere with the activities of the medical business located in the building of the property complex. The SBI press service reported this on Tuesday, February 27.
It was noted that during the investigation the legality of the re-registration of part of the entire property complex to third parties was examined. In 2022, the investigating judge, at the request of the prosecutor, took over these areas.
“We would like to emphasize that no investigative actions have been taken in relation to the specified medical business that prevented the implementation of its activities, and after the confiscation of state property in 2022, there are no obstacles to the provision of medical services appeared and did not arise today. The specified arrest was repeatedly the subject of appeals in legal proceedings, which confirmed the decision of the investigator,” said the statement.
Before this, a company statement was published Synevo: the text states that the State Bureau of Investigation allegedly “groundlessly and illegally” took over the headquarters building and central laboratory Sinevo Ukrainedue to which “the company will soon be forced to stop operations in this building”, and this “will lead to the complete closure of the laboratory network Sinevo in Ukraine”.
Earlier it was reported that the family property of the businessman Grinkevich was seized.
