In the past 24 hours, defense aircraft have carried out strikes in nine areas where Russian personnel are concentrated. The units of the missile forces caused the defeat of two areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, a control point, and a ground control station for an enemy UAV. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this in its morning report for February 27.

It is noteworthy that 96 military clashes took place on the front in Ukraine during the day. The Russian Federation continues to put pressure on the Avdeevsky and Maryinsky directions.

In total, the enemy launched six missiles and 92 air strikes, and carried out 110 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas.

At night, the Russian invaders again attacked Ukraine, using UAVs of the “Shahed-136/131” type. Information about this attack is being clarified.

In the past 24 hours, the settlements of Yamnoye and Novaya Sich in the Sumy region experienced an air strike; Bolshoi Burluk, Fedorovka, Sinkovka, Kharkov region; Terny, Perezdnoe, Chasov Yar, Predtechino, Toretsk, New York, Ocheretino, Novoselovka Pervaya, Semyonovka, Umanskoye, Netaylovo, Pervomaiskoye, Novomikhailovka, Konstantinovka, Urozhaynoye, Staromayorskoye, Donetsk region; Levadnoe, Orekhov, Novoselovka, Lyubimovka, Zaporozhye region.

More than 120 settlements of Chernigov, Sumy, Kharkov, Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, Kherson and Nikolaev regions came under artillery fire.

According to the General Staff, in the directions of Volyn and Polesie the operational situation remains without significant changes.

At the direction of Seversky and Slobozhansky, the Russian Federation maintains a military presence in border areas, conducts active sabotage activities to prevent the movement of our troops in threatening directions, and increases the density of mine and explosive barriers at the state border. in the Belgorod region.

In the direction of Kupyansk, the enemy carried out two enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Ivanovka, Tabaevka and another 20 enemy attacks near the settlement of Sinkovka, Kharkov region.

In the direction of Liman, the Defense Forces repelled six enemy attacks in the area of ​​the village of Terny, Donetsk region.

In the Bakhmut direction, our soldiers repelled nine Russian attacks in the areas of Ivanovskoye and Kleshchievka settlements, Donetsk region.

In the Avdeevsky direction, our defenders repelled 19 enemy attacks near the settlements of Berdichi, Orlovka, Severnoye, Pervomaiskoye, Nevelskoye in the Donetsk region.

In the Maryinsky direction, the defenders continued to hold off the invaders in the Novomikhailovka area of ​​the Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to breach the defenses of our troops 25 times. In addition, our defenders repelled eight enemy attacks in the areas of Krasnohorivka, Georgievka, and Pobeda settlements in the Donetsk region.

The enemy did not carry out offensive actions in the direction of Novopavlovsk.

In the direction of Zaporozhye, the defenders repulsed six Russian attacks near the village of Robotino, Zaporozhye region.

In the Kherson direction, the Defense Forces continue to expand their bridgehead. Despite heavy losses, the Russian Federation is not abandoning its attempts to expel Ukrainian Armed Forces units from their positions. So, in the past 24 hours, the enemy made two unsuccessful attacks on the positions of our troops on the left bank of the Dnieper.

Let’s recall that the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 15 attacks by Russian troops in the direction of Avdeevsky.
