A group of Ukrainian intelligence officers was trained by the CIA, after which they carried out complex operations.
The Ukrainian spy group Fifth Directorate, trained by the CIA, was involved in the murders of Russian Gauleiters in occupied Donetsk – Motorola and Give. This was reported on Sunday, February 25, in The York Times article titled Spy War: How the CIA is secretly helping Ukraine fight Vladimir Putin.
It is noted that the CIA has helped train a new generation of Ukrainian intelligence officers operating inside Russia, Europe, Cuba and other areas where the Russians have a large presence. The training program, called “Goldfish”, was conducted in two European cities.
These intelligence officers are behind the destruction of Motorola and Givi.
The publication claims that Ukraine’s domestic intelligence even issued commemorative patches to the participants, each with the word “Lift” written on them (high-ranking Russian separatist commander Arsen Pavlov, known as Motorola, was blown up in an elevator).
A separatist commander named Mikhail Tolstykh, better known as Givi, was killed from an unmanned missile launcher planted by Ukrainian agents in a building opposite the Gauleiter’s office.
We remind you that “Givi” was killed on February 8, 2017 in Donetsk in his office.
