Ukraine has signed security agreements with two more states – Canada and Italy.

President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky announced this today, February 24, on his pages on social networks.
According to Zelensky, the Agreement on Security Cooperation between Ukraine and Canada, which he signed with Prime Minister of this country Justin Trudeau, provides for Canada to allocate more than 3 billion Canadian dollars in macro-financial and defense assistance to Ukraine in 2024.

Zelensky signed a bilateral security agreement with Italy with the head of government of this country, Jorja Maloney.
Today, we also discussed further support for Ukraine in the context of Italy’s presidency of the G7, he noted. — I thank Italy for supporting Ukraine, including the defense capability and restoration of our state, and for continuing to provide military assistance to Ukraine until the end of 2024.
