Since the beginning of the massive invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, 158 children have died, at least 254 have been injured. This was reported by the Office of the Attorney General on Saturday, April 2nd.
According to data officially established by juvenile prosecutors, the most affected children are in the Kyiv region – 75, Donetsk region – 71, Kharkiv region – 56, Chernihiv region – 46, Nikolaev region – 31, Luhansk region – 31, Zaporozhye region – 22, Kherson region – 29, Kyiv region – 16, Sumy region – 16, Zhytomyr – 15 regions.
These data are not final, as work is underway to establish them in areas of active combat and in territories temporarily occupied by the enemy. In particular, in the city of Mariupol, in some territories of the Kiev, Chernihiv and Luhansk regions, reported by the administrative authority.
