People’s Deputy Alexei Goncharenko announced this today, February 21, in his Telegram channel.
People’s Deputy Medyanik (Servant of the People) draws up the mandate,” Goncharenko noted.
Recently, the publication ZN.ua, citing informed sources, reported that Medyanik wants to resign due to serious health problems; he plans to go abroad for treatment.
Mednik was elected in the 2019 elections in the 27th district of the Dnieper. Before entering Parliament, he was actively involved in the construction business. In the Verkhovna Rada he is the head of the subcommittee on legislation on administrative offenses and security and detective activities.
Medyanik has five children, so he is not prohibited from traveling abroad.
