The commander of the operational-strategic group of troops “Tavria” Alexander Tarnavsky spoke about this today, February 21, in his Telegram channel.
The Russian attacks were unsuccessful, in particular in the Orekhovsky direction. Here the enemy is trying to move personnel not only in small infantry groups, but also on high-speed ATVs, he noted. – The enemy is hit by fire, the enemy is destroyed.
He noted that over the past day, February 20, the total losses of Russians in the area of responsibility of the Tavria OVSU were:
- 521 people;
- six tanks;
- 34 armored combat vehicles;
- six artillery systems;
- one MLRS;
- 12 cars;
- one unit of special equipment.
In particular, the Russians’ ATV was also destroyed,” Tarnavsky noted.
The defense forces also destroyed two ammunition trains and another important enemy installation. In addition, 233 UAVs of various types were neutralized or destroyed.
