“Kramatorsk is again under enemy fire. Today at about 20 o’clock two explosions occurred in the city,” he said.
According to Filashkin, three people are now known to have been injured and many high-rise buildings have been damaged.
As reported to the City Council, as a result of enemy shelling in Kramatorsk, interruptions in water supply are possible.
“The water supplied is industrial water. It must be boiled before use. Also, if necessary, water will be supplied,” the message said.
