The Ukrainian Defense Forces shot down two more Russian aircraft in the Eastern direction – a Su-34 fighter-bomber and a Su-35S fighter.

The Air Force Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this today, February 19, in its Telegram channel.

Eastern direction. Another minus two aircraft of the occupier! This is our land and our sky! Thank you all for your hard work! To be continued! – noted Air Force Commander Nikolai Oleshchuk.

Earlier today, the Mariupol City Council reported that a Russian plane was likely shot down over the occupied city.

Thus, over the past three days, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have already eliminated six Russian aircraft – yesterday, on February 18, Su-34s were destroyed, and on February 17, two Su-34s and one Su-35.
