The publication “Word and Deed” calculated the salaries of community leaders.
The first place was taken by the mayor of Kharkov, Igor Terekhov. He was paid more than 1.7 million UAH. In second place is the mayor of Cherkassy from the “For the Future” party, Anatoly Bondarenko (over 1.3 million UAH), in the third place is the mayor of Lutsk (also from the For the Future party) Igor Polishchuk (1 million UAH).
In 4-5 places are the mayors of Dnieper and Kyiv – Boris Filatov and Vitaliy Klitschko
The most modest was the mayor of Odessa, Trukhanov, who received a salary of 285 thousand hryvnia.
Lutsk mayor Igor Polishchuk has already commented on this information on his Facebook:
The journalists forgot to point out that in 2022 I transferred more than 350 thousand hryvnia to the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the same salary, from the beginning of the full-scale invasion to December 2023 – 785 thousand hryvnia, and from the beginning of the full-scale invasion to this day – about 850 thousand hryvnia.
