In some areas of the front the situation is critical, while in others it is tense. In some cases, defenders must fight 180 or even 360 degrees. The surrounded defenders break through the ring. The deputy commander of the 3rd Special Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Major Rodion Kudryashov, stated this on Radio Liberty.
In some cases we have 180 degrees, there are even 360 degrees. We are trying to level out the situation. For now, the situation is difficult, but controllable… It is possible, let’s say, to open the inner ring with the help of shock and assault actions. In principle, we are succeeding in this today,” he noted.
Kudryashov added that maneuvers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue in Avdeevka.
Let us remind you that the Russian military began to use phosphorus ammunition on the positions of Ukrainian defenders in Avdiivka, and dropped 60 guided aerial bombs throughout the city per day. The invaders also fire around the clock from artillery and multiple launch rocket systems. Infantry invasions and armored assaults continue continuously.
