The decision to create a new common structure was made on February 15 at a meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council.
The Joint Center for Analysis, Training and Education between Ukraine and NATO will be the first such institution, designed to strengthen cooperation and exchange of experience between Kiev and the Alliance. The Ministry of Defense announced this on Thursday, February 15.
Ukrainian media stated that it will be created in the Polish city of Bydgoszcz. The department will engage in joint analysis and synthesis of experience in the field of defense and security and improvement of the military training and education system.
The center will help increase the level of interoperability between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and NATO forces, as well as develop the capabilities of the Ukrainian army.
“This is the first joint institution of the Alliance and Ukraine. The final goal is to achieve full intercompatibility of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the forces of NATO countries,” said Deputy Minister of Defense Stanislav Gaider.
The decision to create a new structure was made on February 15 at a meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council. At the Council meeting, Umerov thanked the NATO International Secretariat, Poland and Germany.
Let’s remember that the media reported that the NATO countries are planning to open a training center to train the fighters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which will help Kyiv to move to the standards of the Alliance.
Let’s remember that NATO countries plan to transfer one million drones to Ukraine as part of military aid.
