Belarus introduced a counter-terrorist operation regime on the border with Ukraine

The reasons for the introduction of the regime’s anti-terrorist operation were not reported, but the population was asked to “remain calm.”

An anti-terrorist regime was introduced in the Lelchitsy district of the Gomel region of Belarus. The Belarusian state agency BelTA reported this on Thursday, February 15.

“The population of the area is asked to remain calm and comply with the demands of law enforcement officers,” the statement said.
