Law enforcement officers need to distribute when the moment of evasion comes. If the summons was the first, then you need to find out why the man did not appear at the TCC. Because there are now many internally displaced people in Ukraine. And it is very difficult to prove that such a person received a summons. Deputy Chairman of the National Police Maxim Tsutskiridze stated this in an interview with Censor.NET.
And that the intent was to evade mobilization. Well, he said that he didn’t see, didn’t hear, etc.,” he said and assured that the police had answers to that too.
According to him, law enforcement officers are determining whether this person knew about the subpoena. They interview relatives and neighbors and these statements in some cases serve as evidence that the person was informed that he must report to the Territorial Recruitment Center and mobilize.
Tsutskiridze emphasized that persons who received a suspended sentence are subject to mobilization in the future. However, if a citizen refuses to go to war again, he will receive a real prison term.
Let us remind you that the head of the Servant of the People faction, David Arakhamia, said that the new law on mobilization will introduce a defender certificate, which will be mandatory for all those liable for military service.
