The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs placed Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas and Lithuanian Culture Minister Simonas Kairys on the wanted list. Russian media reported it.

The database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs does not indicate under what crime Kairis and Kallas are wanted.

According to media reports, earlier the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, requested that his subordinates review the actions of the Estonian authorities in connection with the demolition of a monument in the form of a T- 34 tanks in the Estonian city. of Narva near the Russian border.

In addition to Callas and Kairis, the wanted list includes more than a hundred officials and politicians from Eastern Europe, where criminal cases were opened after the demolition of Soviet monuments in their countries.
