The Kremlin plans to send conscripts into the war who are often ignorant of the tasks they face and inadequately prepared for combat.

In Russia they will attract conscripts to participate in the battles against Ukraine. The Center for National Resistance reported this on Monday, February 12.

According to CNS sources, “FSB regional departments must select conscripts from military commissars according to their own criteria, so that instead of the regular Russian army they go to the special service .”

It has been mentioned that in order to attract conscripts, a new system of additional financial payments is likely to be introduced.

As we wrote earlier, the Russian military has created a base of residents of the temporarily occupied territories who are suspected of disloyalty to the occupation regime.
