The publication NV reports this with reference to the court decision.
According to the document, Farion filed a lawsuit against Lviv Polytechnic back in December 2023, in which:
- claimed that the university’s decision to fire her was unlawful;
- demanded that she be reinstated in her position and that the Lviv Polytechnic recover the average salary for the entire period of absenteeism and the legal costs she incurred in considering the case.
On February 7, the court considered the case and denied Farion’s request. She has the opportunity to appeal this court decision within 30 days from the date of proclamation.
