On the night of February 12, air defense forces shot down an aircraft missile and 14 suicide bombers. This was reported by the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
It was noted that on the night of February 12, the Russians attacked Ukraine with 17 attack UAVs of the Shahed-136/131 type from the Primorsko-Akhtarsk region (RF), a Kh-59 guided aircraft missile (Zaporozhye region) and S. -30 anti-aircraft guided missiles (from the Belgorod region).
As a result of the fighting, 14 “martyrs” and one X-59 guided aircraft missile were destroyed within the Khmelnitsky, Vinnitsa, Kirovograd, Nikolaev, Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye regions.
Units of the mobile fire group of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine were involved in repelling the air attack.
We remind you that on the night of February 11, the Russian invaders launched 45 suicide-type kamikaze drones for an air attack on Ukraine. Air defense forces and means shot down 40 of them.
According to President Vladimir Zelensky, since the beginning of the year, Ukrainian defenders have shot down 359 Shahed-type drones.
