Zelensky added that in speaking with U.S. President Joe Biden, he told the American leader that he wanted to include the States in the Security Guarantee Treaty, which would provide long-term support for Ukraine to eliminate the possibility of Russia’s return. future aggression. Earlier, Volodymyr Zelenskyy appealed to residents of the occupied Crimea, who would be forced to join the enemy army, as conscription began in the spring in Russia. The head of state urged them to surrender to the Armed Forces of Ukraine at any time.
