Soldiers of the Territorial Defense Forces stopped an attempt by a Russian sabotage and reconnaissance group to cross the state border of Ukraine in the direction of Sumy. The commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Sergei Naev, announced this on February 4.
Approaching the community of Glukhiv, fighters from one of the fortresses noticed the movement of an armed group of ten people. According to Naev, the battle lasted an hour and a half, the enemy was driven far from the Ukrainian border.
