In the Avdeevsky direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 20 attacks in the Avdeevka area and three more in the Pervomaisky area of the Donetsk region.
Since the beginning of the current day, Ukrainian troops have repelled 45 attacks by Russian aggressors in seven directions. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the largest number of enemy attacks near Avdiivka in its night report on Saturday, February 3.
In total, 45 military clashes took place on the front. The enemy carried out 54 air strikes and 33 shelling from MLRS on the positions of our troops and populated areas.
The Russians conducted air strikes in the areas of Kupyansk, Ivanovka, Kislovka, Tabaevka and Peschany, Kharkov region. The Russian army attacked about 15 settlements in the direction of Kupyansk with artillery and mortar fire.
About 15 settlements were damaged by Russian army mortar and artillery strikes, including Belogorivka in Lugansk region, Terny, Yampolevka, Torskoye, Serebryanka, Verkhnekamenskoye and Vyemka in Donetsk region.
The invaders carried out airstrikes in the area of Alexandropol, Donetsk region. The Russians directed artillery and mortar fire on more than 15 settlements in this direction, especially in Novobakhmutovka, Berdich, Stepnoy, Avdeevka and Pervomaisky in the Donetsk region.
Krasnohorivka, Georgievka, Pobeda, Novomikhailovka and Praskovievka in the Donetsk region came under artillery and mortar fire from the Russians.
Russian troops launched air strikes in the areas of Staromayorsky, Ugledar and Urozhayny. About 10 settlements in this direction came under enemy artillery and mortar attacks, among them Vodyanoye, Prechistovka, Staromayorskoye and Rovnopol.
In the areas of Krasny Mayak, Krynki and Zmievka in the Kherson region, the Russian army conducted air strikes. Kherson, Krasny Mayak, Tokarevka, Sadovoe and Kizomis in the Kherson region suffered from artillery and mortar fire from the invaders.
The Russians used multiple rocket launch systems to strike the Ivanovka, Krynki and Inzhenerny areas.
During the day, Ukrainian aviation carried out strikes on 12 areas where the Russian occupiers were concentrated. Units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces missile forces hit the area where enemy personnel and their artillery were concentrated.
We remind you that on the day of February 2, 880 Russian invaders were “removed” from the front. The total losses of Russia since the beginning of the war are approaching 390 thousand dead.
