According to the Tax Service, if I’m not mistaken, we have at least three million men of military age, about whom the state knows only their INN (individual tax number), said Dmitry Natalukha, Chairman of the Economic Committee of the Verkhovna Rada.
According to him, this indicates an extremely high level of distrust of the state among the population.
If you have distrust of the state, then, firstly, taxes are not something obligatory for you. And secondly, you don’t want to reveal personal information about yourself to the state,” Natalukha said.
He believes that in order to avoid being targeted by the TCC, people will stop using state banks, withdrawing cash, using credit cards, and traveling between cities.
Earlier, this people’s deputy said in a blog on his Facebook page that “we are interested in booking economically active players who create benefits for the economy,”
The Chairman of the Committee on Economic Development said that his department is working on developing a model for reserving workers at enterprises.
It is assumed that the enterprise will be able to independently select an employee who is critical for it and for him to pay an additional monthly increased amount of military duty per employee. This amount varies today from 6 to 50 thousand hryvnia. Ordinary individuals will not be able to book themselves simply by paying a certain amount of money.
The main task of this model is not to disrupt mobilization, but, on the contrary, to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine in recruiting, in recruiting additional people by accumulating the collection of additional funds,” Natalukha said.
