Germany announced another package of military assistance to Ukraine.

The German government announced this on its website on January 31.
It contains four Bandvagn 206 tracked all-terrain vehicles, a Biber bridge laying vehicle with spare parts, three Wisent 1 armored engineering vehicles on a tank chassis, and 24 armored personnel carriers.
In addition, the package contains an IRIS-T air defense missile, more than a thousand 155mm artillery ammunition, an anti-sea mine system, a Satcom video surveillance system, four border patrol vehicles, 450 snow chains and 194 thousand individual power rations.

In addition, six Sea King Mk41 multipurpose helicopters with spare parts and 16 mine sweepers are additionally being prepared for delivery in the future.
On January 14, Germany announced a new package of military aid to Ukraine.
It included eight armored personnel carriers (the brand was not named), 25 RQ-35 Heidrun reconnaissance drones, 16 Zetros trucks, 5 border service vehicles, several vehicles, ammunition for Leopard 1 tanks, 50 S0Com communication terminals, materials for 0 LED lamps and about 2 thousand combat helmets.
On January 31, five EU leaders led by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz called for the immediate strengthening of the Ukrainian army.
