Nuland and Kuleba also discussed the use of frozen Russian assets in favor of Ukraine, the peace formula of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and preparations for the NATO summit in Washington.
Nuland arrived in Kyiv on January 31. He said that 2024 is of great strategic importance for Ukraine and will bring it “confident victory.”
