On Saturday morning, January 27, a Russian reconnaissance and sabotage group killed people from the Khotyn community – a brother and sister living in the village of Andreevka, which lives in a 5-kilometer border zone with the Russian Federation. The head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration (SMA) Vladimir Artyukh reported this on his Facebook page.
“I appeal again to the residents of the 5-kilometer zone with a request to evacuate. This process has been going on for several months, help is being provided at every stage. Russian terrorists continue to kill civilians,” the official emphasized.
According to him, this is the only way to save your life from the invaders.
The head of OVA also expressed condolences to the relatives of the killed Ukrainians.
