The office of the Prime Minister of Poland announced this today, January 22, in the morning, publishing a corresponding photo, Polish Radio reports.
Tusk is scheduled to meet with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and Prime Minister Denis Shmygal.
It is noted that Tusk’s visit to Kyiv was previously announced. He mentioned it in an interview with three television stations on January 12. Then Tusk noted that the visit to the Ukrainian capital would be one of the topics of last week’s conversation with Polish President Andrzej Duda.
For both of us, because Mr. President was also very involved in this, the situation in Ukraine and at the front is the number one problem from the point of view of Poland’s security,” Tusk emphasized. — There are other issues that need to be resolved, for example, related to the interests of Polish carriers, so we have something to talk about.
