    .

During Sunday, Air Force aircraft carried out strikes on nine areas where enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment were concentrated. And the missile forces hit control posts, three artillery pieces and the Russian air defense system. This is stated in the evening report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for January 21.

In just one day, 59 military clashes took place at the front. The Ukrainian military repelled the most Russian attacks in the Avdiivka direction – 14 assaults.

In the Kupyansky direction, the defenders repelled seven attacks, and in the Limansky and Zaporozhye directions – four attacks each. Five enemy assaults were repelled in the Bakhmut direction. And in the Maryinsky direction of the Defense Forces, the enemy unsuccessfully tried three times to improve the tactical situation.

Let us remind you that on January 21 it became known that units of the Defense Forces had left Krakhmalny in the Kupyansky direction. The command of the Ground Forces stated that this was a temporary solution, and the military moved to other lines to save lives.
