These weapons were provided at the expense of other financial resources that the Belarusian Republic provides to Russia. Self-proclaimed President Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree on how to use these weapons. This was reported by the Russian propaganda agency RIA Novosti with reference to the dictator’s statement.
We received from the Russians, for their money, although we pay them other bills, complexes such as the Iskander. A particularly dangerous weapon… I signed a decree on how to use this weapon. It can only be used with the consent of the president,” he said.
Lukashenko also made several statements and praised Russian nuclear weapons. According to him, as soon as Minsk received the warheads, all “stunned neighbors lowered their wings.”
At the same time, the dictator agreed that this is a “terrible weapon” and emphasized that “God forbid not only me, but also the new generation of politicians, think about using these nuclear weapons.”
Let us recall that on May 25, 2023, the defense ministers of Russia and Belarus signed documents on the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons on the territory of the republics. And in June, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said that some of Russia’s nuclear weapons were already in Belarus.
