This person is one of four suspects in the criminal organization case. The court also set bail for Yuri Mazepa in the amount of UAH 44 million. The prosecutor’s office asked to set bail for Mazepa in the amount of UAH 500 million. This was reported by “Public” with reference to a lawyer.

During the court hearing, Mazepa’s lawyers asked for a break to familiarize themselves with the case materials and announced the prosecutor’s recusal.
The Office of the Prosecutor General confirmed on January 20 that a preventive measure was chosen for the fourth suspect in the case of appropriation of lands near the Kyiv hydroelectric power station.
Let us remind you that on January 19, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv chose preventive measures for two defendants in the case of illegal acquisition of lands of the Kyiv Hydroelectric Power Station. Also involved in this case is businessman and owner of the investment company Concorde Capital Igor Mazepa, whom the investigation considers the organizer of the scheme.
