The Monobank application crashed on the night of Friday, January 19 – it is unstable and showing an error. The manual mentions a powerful DDoS attack.
So, the co-founder of Monobank Oleg Gorokhovsky claims the strongest DDoS attack.
“The strongest DDoS attack. The situation is under control,” he wrote.
The application shows an error when logging in and performing transactions. Support service operators wrote that the bank’s specialists are looking into this issue.
“There are currently difficulties with the operation of the mobile application, and therefore we may respond more slowly than usual. Please do not worry, this issue is already being worked on by our specialists. Thank you for your understanding!” – reported on the bank’s chatbot on Telegram.
The chatbot also wrote that “there are now difficulties that may affect your application or payment work.”
We remind you that in mid-December, Monobank found itself under a massive cyber attack.
Also on January 9, Monobank experienced a glitch – some clients were unable to log into the application. But the bank soon reported that the technical glitch had been resolved.
