This afternoon on January 17, a Mi-8 helicopter was forced to make a sudden landing near the city of Sevsk, which is approximately 25 km from the Ukrainian border. The enemy vehicle itself was damaged – the tail was broken off, and the chassis was broken off. Local Telegram channels write about this.
At the time of the accident there were three infidels on board: the commander, the co-pilot and the flight mechanic. It is preliminary known that they were not injured.
However, the Russians still caused harm to their citizens. When the helicopter fell, it cut off high-voltage wires. Thus, four districts of the Bryansk region were left without electricity. There is no electricity supply in Sevsky, Suzemsky, Brasovsky and Komaritsky districts.
It is not yet known what led to the helicopter crash.
Let us recall that in December, the Ukrainian military destroyed a Russian Mi-8 helicopter in the Kupyansky direction. An American HIMARS rocket launcher was hit on a hostile target.
