The explosions occurred at one of the largest chemical enterprises in the south of the Russian Federation, the state-owned Kamensky plant in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov region. After that, the fire started. This was reported by Russian social networks, which also posted a video from the scene.
Local residents reported explosions before the fire started.
According to social networks, workers at the state-owned plant were evacuated.
