This attempt did not succeed, because the adopted resolution does not give any right to carry out strikes, and, accordingly, from the point of view of international law, they are illegitimate,” he noted. At the same time, he criticized the actions of the Houthis who attacked commercial ships.
“We have repeatedly called on the Houthis to renounce this act and consider it extremely wrong,” the Kremlin spokesman added.
