From Rakurs’ sources in the forensic medical examination, it became known that as a result of the autopsy of Olga Kolinko’s body, a fracture of the cartilage of the larynx was established. It could have been caused by suppression or compression.

An autopsy is now being performed on the body of Olga Kolinko’s daughter.

Let us remind you that on January 10, the National Police reported that the body of former Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Olga Kolinko was found in her own apartment in Kyiv. Her daughter Yaroslava, who lived in the apartment nearby, also died.

Law enforcement officials said that the women’s bodies showed no signs of violent death. The police claimed that former Deputy Prosecutor General Olga Kolinko died two months ago. And her daughter – about three weeks ago. Both apartments were locked from the inside.

As you know, Olga Kolinko held the position of Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine in 1993-2000 and in 2003-2005.

In 2001-2003, Kolinko headed the Committee for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption under President Leonid Kuchma. At one time, she was one of the main investigators in the high-profile case of former Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavel Lazarenko.
