The attack aircraft crashed near the village of Novaya Slobodka after it hit a power line pole, witnesses said.

A Russian military Su-25 attack aircraft crashed in the Korochansky district of the Belgorod region. This was reported by the Baza Telegram channel on Friday, June 17th.

The pilot of the plane that crashed in the Belgorod region was able to get stuck. So far, his life is not in danger, – stated in the message.

According to preliminary information, the Su-25 plane crashed around 8:00 am near the village of Novaya Slobodka after it hit a power line pole. The crash site is currently being cordoned off by police.

It was previously reported that the Ukrainian air defense shot down a Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber in the Izyum region of the Kharkiv region. The plane crashed on the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
