Three children suffered carbon monoxide poisoning due to an improperly installed generator in a house in the Odessa region on the night of Tuesday, January 9. The State Emergency Service (SSES) reports this on its Facebook page.
“Tonight, three girls were hospitalized with a diagnosis of carbon monoxide poisoning in the Berezovsky hospital: born in 2009, 2011 and 2012,” the message said.
The cause of the poisoning was a violation of the rules for installing a generator at home. The circumstances of the incident will be determined by the police.
