As a result of fire damage, the crew of the UAV, their transport and the drone itself were destroyed.
Earlier, during reconnaissance in the Southern direction, the crew of the BpAK 73 naval center of the Special Operations Command discovered the 1K148 Yastreb-AV artillery reconnaissance complex.
MTR operators, together with a friendly unit of the Defense Forces of the 140th ORB, adjusted the HIMARS fire to a hostile target. As a result of fire damage, the enemy’s Yastreb-AV complex was destroyed.
Yastreb-AV is considered the most modern Russian radar system, which is used for reconnaissance of artillery firing positions. Using radar, he is able to track the trajectory of enemy missiles and calculate the exact coordinates of his artillery positions. This data is transmitted to artillery to engage positions.
